This is the same disclaimer you accept before each drive, in full. LeftLane logs your driving — it does not help you drive. Your safety and your compliance with the law are entirely your responsibility.
Not a driving aid
LeftLane is a measurement and logging tool. It provides no driver assistance, collision warning, or navigation guidance and must never be relied on for any safety-critical purpose.
Eyes on the road
Mount your phone securely before driving and do not touch or look at it while the vehicle is moving. Distracted driving is dangerous and illegal in most places.
Obey the law
You must obey all speed limits, traffic laws, and regulations at all times. Do not use LeftLane for street racing, speed contests, or any reckless or illegal driving on public roads. Reserve performance driving for closed circuits or private land where it is permitted.
Figures are estimates
All speeds, times, g-forces, and other metrics are sensor-derived estimates, not legally accurate measurements, and should never be used to dispute a citation or make a safety decision.
You assume the risk
You are solely responsible for your driving and for everyone's safety. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeftLane accepts no liability for any consequence of your use of the app or your driving. By continuing, you accept these terms.
